Taken from the garment laid flat. Cut from a lightweight cotton-silk blend (70% cotton, 30% silk), unisex shorts with a roomy leg and an elasticated drawstring waistband. The waist is measured flat and relaxed — the elastic gives further.

How is the sizing?
These shorts come up small. If you are between sizes, or prefer more room through the hips, take the larger size. We recommend comparing these product measurements with a similar pair of shorts you already own.
MEASURING GUIDE
Place the shorts on a flat surface and take all measurements from the outside.
1. Length: from the top of the waistband down the outer side seam to the hem.
2. Waist width: straight across the waistband from one side seam to the other, relaxed.
3. Hip width: across the widest part, from one side seam to the other.
4. Leg opening: across the bottom edge of one leg.
