Prices are indicated in GBP or your local currency, and do not include the delivery costs of the order. These Delivery Costs are indicated to the Client on the review cart page as well as on the order summary page, prior to confirmation and payment of the order. 

Please note, that all Shipments outside of the UK, except for the USA, are being despatched on a Delivered-at-Place duty basis (DАP). The prices you see on our website do not include the delivery duties and possible local taxes.

RECEIVING AN ORDER

ROYAL MAIL, Landmark Maxi, and DHL delivery time start when an order is accepted at the carrier's office and does not include two business days when your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. For the order to be dispatched, it should be fully paid.

TRACKING AN ORDER

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. Your order will be shipped with our nominated carrier confirmed in this email.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES

All Shipments within UK are being despatched on a Delivered Duty Paid basis (DDP).

All Shipments outside of the UK are being despatched on a Delivered-at- Place duty basis (DAP). The prices you see on our website do not include all the delivery duties.

For the orders shipped to the USA, we accept those with a maximum value of 800 USD.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this the return won't be accepted.
