SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 2 business days. Carrier transit times (Royal Mail, Landmark Maxi, DHL) begin once your order is accepted by the carrier and do not include these 2 processing days. Orders are dispatched once payment is complete.

Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number is added to your order, usually the same evening. To find it at any time, open the chat in the bottom-right corner of the site and enter your order details. Your tracking link will appear there.

Once the carrier confirms delivery, including to a safe place nominated by you or your building, responsibility for the parcel passes to you as the recipient.

Where the carrier provides photographic or electronic proof of delivery, this confirms your order was successfully received. If you cannot locate a parcel after a confirmed delivery, please contact the carrier directly to raise a claim, as they are best placed to investigate. NOKAYA cannot be held responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment and are not included in product prices.

Duties included. Your order is shipped duty paid. All import taxes and duties are covered, so nothing more is due on arrival.

Duties may apply. Local import taxes or customs fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery, depending on your country rules.

Please note that Landmark Maxi does not guarantee transit times for shipments into the EU due to customs clearance, so standard delivery may occasionally be delayed. If you need a specific delivery date, we recommend DHL Express.

Hong Kong is a free port and charges no import duties or taxes on your order. Orders to the USA are accepted up to a value of $800. We do not ship to Russia.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse are not considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Beyond this period the return cannot be accepted.
