Refund Policy

At Nokaya Design, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Therefore, we have outlined our refund policies to ensure a smooth and seamless process for our valued customers.

For standard returns, you have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned goods, we typically process refunds within approximately one week, allowing time for inspection. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds are not issued to third-party accounts.

Under full return, we understand the cost of the items. The cost of delivery will not be refunded. Items should be returned unused and with all Nokaya labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer, and/or a refund will be refused. Briefs should be tried on over underwear.

Please note that price-reduced SALE items purchased in the context of a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please fill out the form. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you follow these instructions diligently, as items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not offer Free Returns. All national or international returns need to be posted back to us at the customers' expense, quoting your Order Number.
The customer is liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us. We also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
