RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer Free Returns. All other international returns need to be posted back to us at the customers' expense, quoting your Order Number. 

You have 14 days from date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. The 14-days period will begin on the day the order is delivered.

Price reduced SALE items purchased in the context of sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please, note that we cover the shipping cost for the new exchange items to the customer.
