Can I wash NOKAYA silk at home?

Yes. Our Washable Silk is easy to care for. Hand wash gently in cool water, or use a delicate 30°C cycle with silk-friendly detergent. Air between wears and spot-care small marks — silk needs washing less often than other fabrics. Do not tumble dry; air dry in the shade to keep its soft sheen. Steam gently, or iron inside out on low heat.

What silk does NOKAYA use?

100% Mulberry silk in a 19 momme weight, denser than the 16 momme many brands use. Seams are French and the piping is finished by hand. Our silk pieces are made in Europe.

How do I care for NOKAYA linen?

Machine wash up to 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach or tumble dry; iron up to 150°C. Our heavy linen is 200 GSM, pre-shrunk and softened, so it stays true wash after wash and softens further with wear.

How much does UK delivery cost?

Standard 48-hour delivery is free on UK orders over £50, and £3.95 below that. 24-hour delivery is £4.95, and same-day delivery is available in London. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver across Europe and to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Ukraine, with free shipping thresholds by country. Many destinations are shipped duty paid, so nothing more is due on arrival. Full rates and timings are on our shipping page.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn and with all NOKAYA labels attached. Return postage is paid by the customer and original delivery costs are not refunded. Refunds are processed within about a week of the parcel reaching us. Full details are on our returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to exchange. Post the item back to us and we will send your replacement free of charge, usually within seven working days. If your size is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative.

What if my item arrives faulty?

If an item is faulty when you receive it, return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Faulty means not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described. Damage from normal wear, accidents or misuse is not classed as faulty.

How does NOKAYA sizing run?

True to size, with a relaxed silhouette. Every product page includes flat garment measurements, body measurements and a UK, US and EU conversion chart, running from XS (UK 8) to XXXL (UK 20).

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is added to your order on the evening of dispatch. Open the chat in the bottom right corner of the site and enter your order details to find it at any time.

Who is behind NOKAYA?

NOKAYA was founded by Tetyana Nosovska, a graduate of UAL London College of Fashion with 25 years in lingerie retail. We design relaxed luxury silk and linen clothing for women who wear ease with intention, and every order ships from our UK warehouse.
