Measure from sleeve head to sleeve cuff hem. 4. Waist. Measure across the waistband, from one side seam to the other. 5. Hip. Measure across the widest hip point of the garment, from one side seam to the other. 6. Pants Length. Measure from the top of the waistband down to the hem.
